Solution 2 might work for you, in your case. Solution 2: If you install the intermediate cert on the macbook, it will resolve the issue but we have lot of macbooks. Installed/updated same root and intermediate on ddcs and changed protocol from https to http in storefront, manage delivery controllers option. So overall, we got new certs from our external CA, installed them on netscaler. But I am not sure why changing https to http in storefront, resolved the issue. After ica file is downloaded, storefront will be out of picture. Now, changing that option will change the communication between storefront and ddc. But in the store, under "manage delivery controllers" option, we have changed the transport protocol from https to http. Solution 1: We didnt make any changes to storefront certs. When we replaced root and intermediate certs on that one ddc, the issue resolved for 10 mins, but when we powered off that ddc, and turned on second one, applied same fix, it did not work. Chrome will prompt a dialog box to save the '.ica' file. Select the resource you are trying to access - Application or Desktop. Google Chrome: Navigate to the Citrix Workspace Store or Citrix Storefront Store. We have shutdown all other ddcs except one. Select the drop-down list next to 'Open' and select 'Open With'. We have replaced root and intermediate on our DDCs with the new ones we got from our external CA. We got new root, intermediate, and server certs from our external CA and installed them on Netscaler. When they click on the ICA file, it throws the error. Users can login to the Netscaler gateway, see the apps, click on them, ica file downloads. From then, MacBooks had the exact same error. But our issue is for all macbook users, not just a single user. Holy cow, we ended up in exact same issue last week.
